KEIK BAKESHOP: OUR STORY
Keik is the materialization of the dream of a lifetime of two great friends: Wilfredo and Alejandra.
They have combined the background of working with creating desserts with their Venezuelan roots to develop a unique product line of desserts and pastries that blends traditional favorites with new flavors and designs.
Confectionery and the creation of desserts have always been a passion for Wilfredo, who showed an innate talent since he was a child. For Alejandra, the ambition and dream of launching her own business made her move to the land of opportunities.
Wilfredo and Alejandra found themselves at their first job in Miami. They were dedicated, in a kitchen, to the mass production of desserts for different restaurants in South Florida. During this time of hard work, they accumulated all the experience to start envisioning their next big project: the creation of the Keik Bake Shop.
Both put their talents on the table to shape this dream. The conceptualization, the colors, and the menu were Wilfredo's ideas. The execution, creation of processes, and business plan were in charge of Alejandra.
When Wilfredo thinks of a cake, the first color that comes to his mind is the deliciously shiny pink frosting that covers it. That's where the inspiration he used for the colors of the restaurant comes from. For the menu, he wanted to include all the traditional cakes but also his own signature recipes, with new creations that everyone can enjoy every day.
Keik's atmosphere is inspired by French cafes, where everyone can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with the most delicious piece of cake, surrounded by family and friends.

Meticulously created, the menu has been that pink heart that has conquered Miami. Divided into 12 parts, it offers a visual and flavor adventure that cannot be forgotten, with options for all tastes.
Keik's rapid growth and consolidation are due to a response to a market eager for innovation and a disconnected environment.
For this reason, our mission is to offer an attractive gastronomic experience that brings friends and family around sweets, striking breakfasts, flavorful lunches, coffees, spirits... around the pleasure of disconnection and happiness.
